New communication strategies and coalitions for a successful transport transition
The transport transition is perhaps the most persistent challenge in the context of the socio-ecological transformation, as the demands for mobility that is available at all times are high in modern society. In addition, the interests and perspectives of key social stakeholder groups (politics, business, science, civil society) are often in clear conflict with one another.
With a focus on the Austrian transport transition, we want to use this format to discuss the scope for shaping the relevant stakeholder groups and the resulting responsibilities. On the other hand, we want to take a solution-oriented look into the future and ask how new forms of communication and cross-stakeholder cooperation can contribute to the success of a transport transition.
